Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of homecare-growth.co.uk and any course or service you buy from us. We've kept the language as plain as we can. If anything's unclear, email us before you buy.

Who these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Shazad Mohammed, trading as Home Care Growth ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in England. Trading address: Office 202, Belmont Business Centre, 7 Burnett Street, Bradford, BD1 5BJ. They cover your use of homecare-growth.co.uk, our courses, and any other services we offer.

By using the site or buying a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we provide

The course (Home Care Built to Scale)

An online programme for owners and registered managers of home care services in England under CQC. It includes 60+ video lessons, 260+ downloadable policies, 250+ templates, three 1:1 calls, monthly group Q&As, and community access. The exact composition of each pillar may evolve over time as the curriculum is updated. We won't reduce what's included for existing members without notice.

Downloadable PDFs, our calculator tool, and email guidance. Available with email submission, no payment required.

Pricing and payment

The course is currently offered as either:

• A one-off payment of £2,499, or
• Three monthly payments of £899

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Once your first payment clears, you get immediate access to the video lessons and the booking link for your first 1:1 call. If you're on the payment plan, the full policy library and template bundle modules unlock once your second payment clears (around day 30).

All prices are in GBP. VAT is not currently chargeable on this offering. Prices may change for new enrolments at any time, but your price is locked in once you've enrolled.

Refund policy

For payment plan members: cancelling within 14 days stops all future payments and refunds the first one. Cancelling after 14 days stops future payments at our discretion (write to us) but past payments are non-refundable.

What's included, what isn't

What you get is described on the course sales page at the time you enrol. Marketing claims about results other people have achieved are not promises about what you'll achieve. Outcomes depend on your work, your service, your local market, and many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee a CQC inspection rating. We provide systems, templates, and guidance based on what's worked elsewhere. Every CQC inspection is unique to your service.

Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, templates, policies, slides, frameworks, and written material, is owned by Home Care Growth (Shazad Mohammed, sole trader). You're licensed to use it inside your own service. You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the content to anyone outside your service
• Pass it to other care providers, even if they're owned by you
• Publish any part of it publicly
• Use it to create a competing course or training programme

The policies and templates can be branded with your service name and used for your own CQC compliance and operations. That's the intended use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login with anyone else
• Use the site to harass other students or the course team
• Attempt to access the site in ways not authorised
• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful

We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who breaches these terms. Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund of any payments made.

Limitation of liability

The course and resources are educational. They aren't legal, financial, regulatory, or clinical advice for your specific service. We're not liable for any business loss, missed targets, regulatory action, or any indirect damages arising from your use of our materials.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to your use of our services is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be limited by law.

Privacy and data

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are explained in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. If we make material changes that affect existing members, we'll email you in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
